The most dishonest and unreliable service company I ever had the displeasure to deal with. Before signing the agreement they seemed all right however it changed dramatically after signing the agreement. They got 1.5 hours late, were lazy, slow and a terrible attitude. One of them was at the phone the whole time talking in a foreign language. We called the manager and then the mess began. The guys threatened us cancelling the job with half truck loaded. The owner came to say he is a millionaire and he doesn`t care at all to customers, as he has heaps other booked jobs all around the year. They dropped half of my stuff in front of my new place and I finished moving by myself.

They said their cartoons were refundable if we returned them. I called to arrange the collect and talking to girls at the office was another disgusting experience as they were sarcastic and put me on hold for long hours, most of time saying that I couldn`t talk to the responsible because or they were busy or they were having lunch. Finally when I talked to the responsible, he asked my bank details to refund the cartoons, however after they collected them, I never saw my money and they said I should proof where it was written about refunding for the cartoons.

Please do a favour to yourself and hire someone else. Next time if I don`t find anybody else I will push my stuff along the roads but I will never hire these guys again.
