Armadale Byford Patios

Very good quality patio, nice people, good doing business with them!

Rick designed and built a patio for me about 10 years ago.



It look great then and still does now.



We have now sold up and moved, so it's time for another job for him.



I know there are huge delays in getting the material, but we are looking forward toconstruction commencing,

Great job on both patios. The front one has been up a few years and withstood the test of time. Back one just finished and looking good. Thanks guys.

Not worth a rating have had nothing but trouble from start to finish. We have been threatened by the builder Rick and also taken months among problem after problem with our patio which should of been a straight forward job. Its taken from feb 17th 2015 to june 10th 2015 to be built and not to any professional standard it actually looks like a mixture of left over pieces of metal and clag glue to stick it together. DO NOT USE This builder if you treasure your home.

Agree with both other reviews. 7 weeks to build two small patios. Many weeks with no communication and no work. Care was NOT taken with metal posts. Scratches and scuff marks had to be repaired at my request. They would not have been done otherwise. Rubbish was left everywhere. When it was finally put in my bin, the bin was too heavy. The recycle bin was also filled with non-recyclables. DO NOT HIRE ARMADALE BYFORD PATIOS! I would rate 0.

agree with other reviewer....12 months start to finish, issues with the workmanship, had to go to building commission.

He is UN-professional, took forever to finish one job (18 months for a small patio), was taking small cash jobs over our large job. NEVER go through this person! He will harass you and the shire knows of his dodgy work!
