Finished floors are full of chatter, sanding lines, marks from his placement of equipment, are an extreme orange colour (not at all the light whitish tinge that was agreed) and covered in air bubbles. He didn't replace areas of flooring that needed replacing (floor boards were available and supplied) instead filling them with bog. Said he'd return to fix on numerous occasions, never showed up, never fixed. He doesn't pay for insurance. Be warned that he has very poor workmanship.
