Paid $36 for freight, had to drive 180 kms to pick part up because the stupid person at your roma depot was to lazy to look me up in the phone book. Had to pay a man's wages for one week because he has a family to fed and I didn't have the heart to lay him off. Waited 12 days. Apparently went to browns Plains for 3 days first. The parcel could fit in a 12 inch square post pack. Looked on the internet to get your number, rang it and told the number was disconnected. Tried to find roma depot in duke Street roma, not one sign indicating toll depot plenty saying wards transport though. The person running your yard In roma needs a good kick up the diary air because they couldn't care less.
