The Bust Stop

This woman is a petty thief. I have made a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and will be pursuing the matter through legal channels.



DO NOT GIVE THIS THIEF YOUR MONEY



I came in and purchased items on the 3rd of July. At the time I took a few items home with me and the owner said she would order the other pieces (value of items to be ordered $512 which I paid up front). After several weeks I called her and she said you she been too busy moving house to order the items, I asked for a refund and she spoke over the top of me and said you would get back to me. Of course she never did, I was always chasing her. I had two other similar conversations. Now she ignores my calls, emails, and texts. I left messages telling her I have reported her to NSW fair trading. Still no reply. I will be pursuing this matter through legal channels and I expect that when we end up in small claims court she will be ordered to pay my legal costs. I just want my money back, $512, that I paid over two months ago and have nothing to show for it.



This woman is a common criminal.
