John arrived the same afternoon we called him to diagnose an issue with our Haier refrigerator. He was very helpful and what he suspected was the root cause turned out to be just that. John managed to fix the problem and gave us good advice on how to prevent it happening again. John is one of the best tradies we've ever used. Highly recommend him.

John explained everything and his customer service was incredible. He was on time and detailed how to fix the fault with the fridge. He was genuine and friendly and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

John was able to diagnose the problem with my fridge on his first visit and put in an urgent order for a replacement fan motor. He came past in the evening as soon as the replacement part arrived and got my fridge back up and running immediately! He also took the time to teach me some fridge tips & tricks during both of his visits which was much appreciated. Very efficient.
