the staff of roseville newsagency are treating my friend who lives underneath their shop in a very disturbing and deliberately sadistic manner



customers need to know what is going on because he is in serious need of help from other people in roseville



roseville newsagency management and staff frequently thump on his ceiling and drop heavy objects on the floor of the shop and run and walk very loudly from front to back and vice versa and slam the inside back gate and door 7 days a week



i have been in his home and heard these things and was personally very disturbed by all of this horrible noise and i can hardly imagine how distressing it is for my friend who lives with this from 7am to 6pm monday to friday and half a day on saturday and sunday every week



this kind and helpful man who is now preparing to go on the aged pension has gone out of his way to help and support the newsagency and even asked the landlord to repay part of their electricity bills that they have been overpaying for years due to incorrect wiring that was only discovered recently



the newsagency manager hates my friend so much that she couldn’t even be bothered thanking him for this very kind gesture



she hates him because he dares to peacefully and lawfully stand up to her via email requests for them to stop these shocking daily disturbances and start treating him with common courtesy and consideration and then follow this up with her repeatedly after she refuses to respond properly



he first emailed her way back in october 2024 but she stubbornly refuses to modify her behaviour and the behaviour of her staff



this quiet and peaceful senior citizen is in a state of massive distress after living below the newsagency since April 2023 and his blood pressure is going up which was verified by his doctor recently



his mental health is deteriorating and he is no longer the relaxed and happy person I used to know which is very sad to see



my friend is an animal loving vegan who devotes his life to inspiring people and spreading positivity and the newsagency has certainly been on the receiving end of this but they deliberately and repeatedly lie to him by saying they will make changes to minimise the daily disturbances but never actually doing this



as I said at the start my friend is seriously in need of help from others and that is why I am writing this review



nobody at roseville newsagency has enough goodness or kindness or common decency to make the simple choice to stop destroying this older man’s peace and quiet in his home every day and they will never make the necessary changes unless people like you and i take action to help him



if you are a compassionate person who cares about the rights of others please ask the newsagency manager or other staff to start acting properly by eliminating the shocking daily torture that they are inflicting on my friend
