I have been very happy with the training in meditation. The techniques taught each week are simple, powerful and effective.I recommend this course to anyone who want to get better control over anxiety and unproductive thought patterns.

This is my third term doing the Meditation course with Joshua.
It has been an incredible experience.
He guided the meditation once a week in a group and then choose a topic to practice that week.
With this technique I have gained more clarity in my thoughts and intentions and calmness in my life and it feels more space to act instead of reacting to events.
I highly recommend this course with Joshua and also his sacro cranial sessions.
