Incompetent, simple and no customer service skills. Do not recommend.

Very poor customer service, staff talking amongst themselves obviously not concentrating on the job at hand. Multilpe times what has been ordered and paid for is wrong, happened again this week a burger worth $8.25 was missing from the order . After getting home tried to ring to report this but phone rang out x 2 only picked up on the third time. Had to drive several miles back to the store to collect it, nothing extra was offered for the inconvenience. The chips are inedible every time. Big shame the prices have gone up and the food and service has gone down, won't be back will find other food places to spend my money

No stars, but it made me do 1..... order had 4 things wrong and 2 things missing. Was a large order. Tried phoning when arrived home have attempted 24 calls to no avail. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE .

I am doing this review because the last two times I have been to Mcdonalds Rosny the experience was less than favourable, 3-4 weeks ago my order was incorrect twice before I got what I ordered, my wife ordered coffee and a slice of cake that was stale, tonight I arrived about 1030 pm the staff behind the counter seemed to be pre-occupied and the orders that were being served to in store customers were wrong twice, after finally being served after nearly 6 or 7 minutes I told the server that I wanted my order to take away, the bag of food, drink and soft serve were put on to counter and the attendant turned and walked away, I had to ask for a tray, when I arrived home the large chips was only 2/3 full and the soft serve was tasteless with the only flavour being the syrup, if you are going to open 24 hours at least have a responsible staff member on duty.
