Classy Tiles

I spent a lot of time selecting my tiles as well as a lot of money at Classy Tiles. Unfortunately my outdoor tiles are extremely difficult to clean and after ruining several mops, I called Classy Tiles. They advised I purchase a high pressure hose to clean them, which I did. The grouting between the tiles came clean, but the dirt seems to seep into the tiles and can only be removed by sheer scrubbing on hands and knees with a brush. This process takes about 3 hours, so I contacted Classy Tiles to say I had not been advised that this was how the tiles needed to be cleaned. They blamed the problem on residual grout on the tiles and sold me some expensive product to remove all grout. The problem was slightly better, but it still takes almost 3 hours to clean my tiles. Still dissatisfied, I called them back. The supplier finally came only to tell me "That is the nature of the tiles" and there is nothing they can do about it. Pity I wasn't advised about the nature of the tiles before when I asked about them before I purchased them or I would never have done so. I am left with tiles that take way too long to clean!!!

Had the misfortune of using Classy Tiles Simple Job Customers Service there is none Cant even return phone calls!!! My advice dont Use them!!!
