Staff over the phone are rude and offer no help or support. Technician that came to my house had no clue what was going on and was very rude about it too. Spent so much money here and they still couldn’t fix my machine. Don’t know how they are still operating as a business.

They charged me $175...opened door of freezer pressed on /off button then told me must go to factory to repair with further attendance and transport nearly $3,000

No effort to repair it whatsoever .

Called their complaint person and she told me cannot open back of fridge as it may blow up
