We purchased a lounge from the homeland store and we only received half of the lounge and have already paid in full. There solution is to pay extra for the lounge or give back the lounge and lose out deposite. Customer service is disgusting and sales people only care about the money and making sales. They won't do nothing for us and keep putting words into our mouth. Don't buy from here unless you really just want to be thoughing away money!!!!!
