Sold tiles at a reduced price under the guise of a product where very limited amount of stock exists. Display tiles where Smokey grey colour as below and was told while there will be some variation (as with any stone) but no cream or yellow hues. On laying of the tiles while at work, I returned home to cream/yellow tiles. There was no choice but to continue to lay the tile but I chose to provide feedback to the company, with no request for compensation. The response was that the product was a ‘second’ as they did not like the stone when it came in and required extra treatment, hence the reduced cost. I asked why anyone would buy a second that required extra work to which the response was I don’t know why’ - I was flabbergasted. The employee said there is nothing that can be done, which I knew, but what I did expect was acknowledgement that an error had been made.
We spent too much time saving for this pool for the kids and will not let someone else pour hard earned money into such expensive pool pavers from this business. Save yourself the money and frustration.

We were sold tiles at a reduced price as there was only a certain amount available and assured that while there would be some variation the colour (as with any stone) the tiles would be commensurate on the most part to those on display . Tiles on display were completely different colour to tiles delivered. On providing this feedback- no compensation being sought as tiles had been layed while at work- they said I had bought second hand tiles (first I had heard that!), they were not a tile they would usually sell and that any level of variation should be expected and that’s life! I was told tough luck.
We saved for this pool for the kids and thought we had struck a good deal on tiles- so wrong! I now have a grey/stone house and yellow/cream pool tiles of a Sub rate quality- great look. I am posting this so that others are not as disappointed as I am when they pour a small fortune into pavers!
