Agree with everyone else here. Ordered a Dyson battery which stopped working within a few months. Requested a refund, which they agreed to, then sent a refund confirmation. It wasn’t until I checked back months later that no refund every came through, they said it was a processing error but now they are going around in circles not refunding me so I am convinced they’re just lying. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them, their products are rubbish, their customer service equally so. I wish I’d looked here before buying.

They take your money very efficiently but do not supply any goods. They don't respond to emails. Are not Australian as the payment incurs international fees. DO NOT GO THERE!!

They send dodgy batteries, wont provide an invoice, have no ABN and wont answer any emails.

I have ordered 5 x Panasonic CR2032 Battery 3V & Uniden BT-694 Battery Replacement on April 28, 2025.

Received Panasonic battery, but not the Uniden battery.

Sent them an Email to [email protected] 2 days ago, still no reply.

It looks like I have been scammed, if things change will let it be known.

I have received the incorrect battery for my V6, even though the website specifically detailed the battery was suitable for all V6 Dyson Slim Stick models. Paid over $70, with still no reply for the return address details

This is a little too late for me but hopefully someone will save their time and money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I paid $33 for a genuine Samsung S5 battery, that has arrived completely DEAD not an ounce of life left in it. They are selling us TRASH.

Yes they appear to be a scam. Battery worked but died within 2 months. No response to emails.

Dyson battery was top dollar and last 7 mths. Emailed them twice and don't reply.

Shouldn't be allowed to call them selves Aussie :(

I ordered a Dyson V6 Battery for Dad and it has not turned up.

Tried sending several emails though I have just noticed you do not get a delivery receipt, which means the email has been received but more than likely dumped.

I have reported them to the Police but I say nothing will happen.

Ordered 2 items from aussiebatteries , only received one item from Lucky union returns ??????. The phone number from aussiebatteries disconected, 2 different email address ( no replies) ,. Googled street view abandoned building . Website says business hours 8-4 No contact details from Lucky union returns . Lucky I paid thruogh Paypal and passed on for refund.
