Faraday Group

Hi,

I urgently needed a Level 2 sparky to fix a very dangerous attachment point where the high power cables connected to my building from the power pole. I contacted my usual sparky and he said "no problems, I'll get onto it....". Well., 6 weeks later and even with 2 more follow up calls from me, the job was still not done and I was having some sleepness nights!

I then contacted another sparky and told them the story and they also said "no problem, we'll get out there tommorrow to have a look at the job and give you a price"....well, that didn't happen and after a few days I left 2 messages and nobody returned my calls.

By this time my stress level was getting high and Ausgrid came out and said that I needed to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. I told them that I had been trying to get it fixed etc etc.

Anyway, I luckily found Faraday and spoke to Pauline who was wonderful and she contacted Richard, there expert on these type of problems and within 2 days I received a quote and the problem was fixed within the next week! Sensational!

I have dealt with a lot of tradesmen over the years and these guys are absolutely great, professional and have a great attitude to providing exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend them for any electrical work you may require.

Highly Recommended! A great job from start to finish

I work for a real estate company in Castle Hill as a property manager. I recently had to get a private power pole changed which required a level 2 electrician. With little to no knowledge of what was required I sought out the services of the Faraday Group.

From start to finish the service from Pauline and the team was excellent. This entailed providing a highly competitive free quote quickly, liaising with our tenants, communicating with endeavour energy and also completing the job in a timely efficient manner.

The key factor was communication, I was informed with the status of the job from start to finish.

I would highly recommend the Faraday Group for any future work.

Our neighbours electric wire was crossing our property, so we call Endeavour energy and they ask us to get Level 2 electrician to fix the problem. I find Faraday Group via internet and call them and they give us excellent advice and fixed our problem within 2 days. They are very friendly, reliable and excellent service. We and our neighbour are really very happy with their service.

I called Faraday Group after reading their reviews. I was advised that I needed a level 2 electrician to service the main electricity wires that were connected to my house. I called the team at Faraday Group and made a time for an electrician to come and fix my electricity wire issue.

The guy arrived on time (on a rainy day) and got straight to work. He was a very decent and trustworthy guy who I felt very comfortable with. He managed to fix the problem there and then. The rain didn't stop him, he is a genuine worker who cared about the work that needed to be done.

From the time I booked the appointment, to the time the work was finished, I would definitely give this company a 10/10. They are the best electrician in Sydney that I have used. I will be using these guys again and again. Do yourself a favour and give them a go.

Behind every good tradie is an even better administrator. This is a professional, efficient and courteous team providing excellent customer service. Every phone call and email was followed up, appointment times kept and Pauline and Richard did a great job helping us deal with the absolute mess that was left behind by a solar panel installation company. I never normally write reviews, but I can highly recommend Faraday group.

We needed a switchboard upgrade in Balmain, plus 3 phase consumer mains upgrade and new meter requiring a level 2 electrician. Faraday were very efficient, prompt and did more than asked for, as they worked with my domestic electrician. Highly recommended.

We lost power to the house due to a truck hitting the power line.Ausgrid came out and defected the set up due to lack of height.Needed a level 2 electrician to fix the problem.By the time I spoke with Pauline it was late in the day so there was no chance of having power that night but Richard still came by at 6pm to see what he would need to do the following day.Knowing he was able to fix it was reassuring enough.The following day it was raining all morning.The moment it cleared Richard was on site.After a short time it started to rain again but Richard stayed at it.It rained off and on all afternoon but he didn't stop once.What really impressed me is that Richard was so relaxed and pleasant the entire time.I sincerely mean it when I say that I am so impressed with Pauline and Richard.I am truly grateful for how helpful they were at a very stressful time.Very happy that I can post this review to show my appreciation.

Very happy with the Faraday work and how they handled our lighting problems.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to acknowledge the exception service the Faraday Group offer me.
The overhead electrical connection to my home got defected by Endeavour Energy. Not really knowing what to do about it I started talking to some level 2 service providers which proved to be a frustrating experience. Mine is a pretty old house and has a flat roof, the moment I mentioned a flat roof no one wanted to know me, one bloke even said that I would have to rewire the entire house and that is despite never even blowing a fuse.
Fortunately for me I came across the Faraday Group. From the very first phone call I was reassured that what I had to get done they could handle.
They had a look at the problem, offered me a couple of options, gave me a rough price and let me think about it.
I contacted them by email and asked them if they would proceed fully expecting to be ignored like had done on previous attempts to get the problem fixed.
To my amazement they responded and arranged a day and time to come and do the work.
Richard was the guy who came to do the work, a no fuss sought of bloke.
I watched everything he did, what a champion, it was obvious to me he knew exactly what he was doing. I was curious and I'm certain some of the questions I asked him must have been pretty dumb but he answered every question I had, nothing seemed to be too much hassle for him. The rough price they gave me was exactly what they charged.
Seems to me we live in an age where some companies will attempt to take advantage of customers who know little about what needs to be done. Nothing could be further from the truth where the Faraday Group is concerned.They solved my problem where it was seemingly just too hard for others.
I am exceptionally grateful for the professionalism the Faraday Group offered me.
You can use this company with complete confidence.
Good old fashioned service, very refreshing indeed.

We are in the Mining & Petroleum Industry and we use Faraday to keep our equipment running be it off shore container workshops or site specific alarms systems for when we do our testing we relay on the Faraday group to be there with all the answers
Having equipment shut down for any length of time is money lost for us
so we relay on a company that has the experience and the staff to get us up and running.
