I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Initially, I communicated that I would be 15 minutes late for my 9 AM appointment due to the 50 min commute, but the response I received felt unnecessarily harsh. Despite this, I arrived at 9:19 AM and had to plead for them to proceed with the service, to which they agreed under the condition that my car would only be ready late in the evening.



Seeking clarity, I called at 4:30 PM to inquire about a more precise pick-up time, given the significant drive back to their location. Unfortunately, my calls until as late as 6:30 or 7 PM were met with vague promises of being updated "soon," which I found unprofessional. Businesses typically provide a specific or approximate time for service completion, but this was not the case here.



After repeatedly asking for an update, I was abruptly informed that they would not be completing the service after all. Upon picking up my vehicle, I found the windows in a poor state, dirty and the car even had one of their dirty clothes.



This experience was not only frustrating but deeply unprofessional. It's clear that a fundamental understanding of customer service and professionalism is lacking. Other reviews seem to echo this sentiment, indicating a pattern of disappointing service.



In the end, they took the deposit, couldn’t get the work done even in 10 hours, and just provided pathetic customer experience.
