Rang as was having trouble with LG Washer . Water was continually draining all wash plus not fully at end of wash out of machine. Told me how to fix over the phone and it worked. Thus saving me caling theml out and a cost to me. Brilliant.

I called several washing machine places to ask for help and none would help. I phoned Superior Appliance Service. I asked if anyone could come out to help me but bookings were full.
I was then asked what the problem was and after I explained it I was told that it could be the water pump, I was told the water pump was easier to replace myself and that they had one in stock. I popped in picked up the part and went home to change it. Crisis averted.
