Far Pavillions

This is the worst company by far in terms of customer service. I purchased chairs, but when I received them, they were inappropriate in terms of dimensions for our space. They are unused, 4 of the 6 are still wrapped in foam. They did not accept an exchange; they have the most archaic and draconian return policy I have ever heard of. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

My wife and I spent $11k in store and the lounge we purchased has failed in its manufacturing quality in less than one year.
The General Manager and its customer service team will not respond and provide assistance and continue to ignore our requests. Very bad service and very poorly made products it would appear based on my purchases.
I would not recommend spending money in this store as they do not stand by their products they sell. I added images of the product fault and they deleted them from view.
