Smarter Timber Flooring Pty Ltd

Had a really poor experience with Smarter Timber Flooring. After purchasing our boards, we had organised a time to meet the deliverer of the boards on site. However, he turned up before we the agreed time and 'delivered' the floorboards. As our house was still being built we didn't have access so couldn't confirm how many boxes were delivered.

The following day, the layer arrived and let us know that they were '6 boxes short', and he couldn't complete the job. So we had to call Smarter Timber Flooring back (who conveniently had just the amount of boxes we required) - and PAY again - for the same boards which we feel weren't delivered in the first place.

Wanted to share my story so others aren't caught in the same trap. Be careful!
