Grayden did the plumbing on an extension of our house some years ago. His poor workmanship has cost us thousands of dollars to remedy.

This includes:

* Several toilets not installed properly (collars not sealed to waste), so they leaked over time causing damage to subfloor. One bathroom had to have floor stripped out completely to redo sub floor (> $10 000 to repair).

* Several box gutters and flat roof section not installed with sufficient fall, so they were holding water and rusted out prematurely. This required removal and reframing to ensure sufficient fall (> $13 000 to repair)

* No downpipe fitted to section of gutter, so gutter held water and flooded into eaves ($1000 to repair).
