Unprofessional management

On the 27th of March my wife and I went to Woolworths Sandy Bay to do our shopping.

Where my wife slipped on a grape  That had falling on the floor in the fresh produce section. Where she feel on the floor Grazing her 2 fingers and hurting her knee and ankle in the process.

So I Let one of the workers know What had happened Then she proceeded to render 1st aid assistance providing 2 Bandaids To her grazed fingers.

So we asked if we could report the incident So they proceeded to call the manager  Simon down to report this incident, Where he proceeded to write what had happened on the back of a receipt he had ripped off  The receipt machine.

Which my wife and I thought  was very unprofessional. Like Doesnt a big company like Woolworths  Have the correct incident report procedure to follow They didn't even give us proof of what had happened I know when somebody is hurt at my work place you get a copy of the  Incident report with an incident report number.

So Simon the manager wrote on the back of the Receipt what had happened and said that he would have someone call my wife tomorrow to see how She is feeling.

Which somebody did ring Which she proceeded To read out to us what Simon had reported what had happened the previous day, and was no mention of her grazed fingers so he forgot to report that. But we still don't understand why we could not have a copy of what was reported.

So Simon the manager of Sandy Bay Woolworths  Not very good management Simon very disappointed  Very unprofessional management.
