Electron Vacuum Systems (Aust) Pty Ltd

I bought Electron Vacuum System as I was impressed with the hose being stored within the system, I am afraid it stops there; the system has a cyclone collection that simply does not work well.
The filter continually blocks up with buy pass dust, I have spent a great deal of time and money to try and rectify the problems, I went to a bag system . Now the motor has failed at a cost of $360 to replace due to excess dust, I decided to switch to another Australian Vacuum brand that is bullet proof. I have used it in a previous house. The staff Electron Vacuum Systems continually assured me that the system works well, after failure, and failure and failure until the motor blew up and still assured me that the system works.
Well its just not reliable.
