City Dogs Clip & Clean Mobile Service

Appointment was set at 11am and lady came a true 11:30am, she walked into my house without my consent while I was finding a power outlet and grabbed my dog went straight to the mobile trailer. This was my dogs first ever 'professional groom' and I told her that, the lady then said she's in a rush and wanted $100 for a wash and blow dry, I asked for nails to be cut and she only done dew claws. last thing she said to me was along the lines of "he'll still be wet, and need a brush, you can do that". I am beyond disappointed although the website claims it's $60 odd dollars for an XL dog and includes the basic essentials. NEVER AGAIN. So rude.

Both were ok with my dogs. One owner was quite vocal when apparently she had to wait for ten minutes despite the fact I was home and she hadn’t knocked on my door once.

Most recently I had an appointment that understandably got cancelled due to Covid. My appointment was rescheduled for a week later. When that day came around I got a text saying that the appointment had been cancelled and that I lived two far away. Three days after that, After five unanswered texts, he finally responded simply saying yes, once I asked if I could no longer book at all.

So much wrong with this service and not even an apology from the owners. To have an appointment cancelled on the day for no good reason is absolutely disgraceful. I have never written a review on any business but this service was so disrespectful.

Disgraceful! I called to enquire about having my shepherd and husky washed and the female owner was extremely rude and told my husband we had interrupted her holiday and inconvenienced her! I will NOT EVER recommend this company to anybody within the dog community absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service!!

very poor work, dogs coat are untidy, very uneven. prices are over priced and the owner was very rude when told not happy with grooming, did not offer to fix either
