Moorabbin Demolition

These guys came mid last year to demolish my house. I paid for a site clean. There was alot of damage done to the road...which is costing me money over and above the asset protection I have. Bobby said he couldn't help it his machines are heavy! I now have a huge bill from council to pay!

Then there was alot of rubble left. Bobby said he would come back and pick up. Bobby gave weeks of excuses. I have had to pay someone else to pick up.

Now I am landscaping...i am finding even more rubble!

Of course they wont start the job until it is paid in full.

Looks like I will be getting my solicitor involved now! NOT HAPPY.

Moorabbin Demolition is a very efficient demolition team, they have a great sense of humor and are very fast and thorough.

We booked Moorabbin Demolition to demolish our residence. This booking was made in December for the 2nd February 2015.

When Moorabbin Demolition did not appear on site at the booked time we contacted their office to be told that they may be able to start sometime in late February, maybe.

We then cancelled the contract and booked an alternative contractor who I would highly recommend, Australian Demolition and Excavation. This professional outfit worked with us to arrange the responsible transfer of permits and arrangements to notify the work safety authority as Asbestos Removal was involved.

Moorabbin Demolition's person in charge (despite having no time to do our job until late February - maybe) then appeared on site on the first day of works by the new contractors and verbally abused the team working there.

Moorabbin Demolition's person in charge also called my office and verbally abused my female, pregnant staff member. He has my contact number and my husband's but did not have the guts to call either myself or my husband but to verbally abuse a pregnant lady instead.

We reported their actions to the Police, issued a cease and desist notice and advised we would seek an injunction if he repeats this activity.

These events occurred on the 9th February 2015.
