Dealing with this mob on even the most miniscule requests is just a nightmare. Calls continually missed and never returned , information sought NEVER being available and the general rudeness of the staff is something we can all do without.

Wal Jones is the most unethical Owners Corporation in the business. Simple maintenance issues like broken fences, blocked drains, termite damage, falling down walls and garden maintenance all go unanswered to the point where they become serious liability issues. They will however work very hard writing letters to argue why they won't perform their duties and accounting as to why all your capital is spent with nothing to show for it. Avoid this operation at all costs.

DON'T GO THERE !!!

We sold our investment property after nearly 10 years because of dealing with these

If i happen to look up the word 'inept' - the definiation would say "Wal Jones Real Estate" - giving examples of Helen, Pam and Annette in scenarios that would accurately describe the amazingly poor, hostile and ineffective work practices they do everyday.

I am unfortunate to have had a property managed by these back water, technologically backward, poor communicative people, that have honestly made me so frustrated after phone calls with them for basic questions about the property i owned that ive wanted to throw my phone on the ground and wash my ear out with bleach after hearing the drivel and lies that Helen, Pam and Annette spout.

I would never, EVER, EVER recommend these pious, egotistical vultures to manage an ant farm - let alone property that people live in. These money hungry jackals will charge you for ridiculous things and walk away laughing.

Please do yourself and favour, and run the opposite direction if you see anything to do with Wal Jones Real Estate and Owners Corporation management. You will save yourself not only a forunte in real estate costs, but only a ton of money in panadol - because you'll have avoided the world of headaches they will give you.

I have investment properties that are managed by body corporate and so far Wal Jones is _the worst_ body corp I ever had to deal with. You will find similar feedback if you call any property rental agencies in Seaford area and ask them about Wal Jones.
