We have had issues with our hayward pool heater from day 1. They have dragged this issue for over 2 years blaming it on a shortage of stock due to covid. After 6 months of chasing them they simply said there is no warranty - even though they admitted that there is a known issue with their heaters. Do not use them, it is a waste of money. We now are paying another $5000 to install another heater - different brand obviously.
