This company shipped my gorgeous 1965 Chevy pickup from Perth to Coffs Harbour. It arrived damaged and one of the Mirrors missing. It looked like it had been reversed into an overhead object, or a loaded forklift drove into the rear of the cabin.
I called and spoke to Andrew and he asked for photos, he told me that the mirror probably fell off along the way. How long has this guy been in car transport? are you kidding Andrew?
Anyway there is extensive panel damage and the cabin has been moved forward abut 40 MM.
This is a restored show quality vehicle. Ive shipped cars all over the USA and in Aus, anytime there is damage the company will ask to get a quote and their insurance pays for it.
Ive emailed and called and had no reply for weeks. I guess its a matter for my legal representation.

I had my brand new porsche transported from Sydney to QLD.

The car arrived extremely dirty inside and out! On arrival my tires all had scuff marks and the rear right hand side rim was badly scratched. Mind you, we are talking about a brand new and a very expensive vehicle. I immediately wrote an email, to which I finally received a reply from Andrew (who I am guessing is the manager). Andrew basically stated SMB Transport was not responsible for the damage. I am extremely furious at the response and the fact that this company accepts no responsibility whatsoever of the damage. I will pursue this matter further to make sure I am compensated.

But for anyone looking to transport their cars, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had experiences with Patrick AutoCare and CEVA, and I would highly recommend these company. It is not worth saving few hundred dollars to risk damage to you vehicle by these incompetent people.

Melbourne to Sydney, it's been a week and my car still has not left Melbourne. Everytime I call them there is a new excuse or a new lie about when the car will be transported. Never again!

This is the worse transport company worse customer service rude to say the least from Sydney to Melbourne 3 days it's taken 12 days don't use this crap company u rather pay the extra money at least u get your service you deserve
And when u ask why so long the become rude never again spreading the word to all car yards and people not to use this crap company

DO NOT USE THEM -they told us it would be 2 weeks from SA - QLD.

Firstly they didn't bother to turn up the to collect the car so we waited all day, they said the driver simply ran out of time (didn't bother to call us) then we waited all the next day (they then said they got the day wrong and it was the following day).
4 weeks later and they have said the car is still in melbourne and could be months before we get it, was he their hands over the situation and even hang up on us.

Trying to figure out what to do.
