Work that was quoted for was not done. No communication, lazy and had the nerve to send payment reminders several times despite the work not being done. The 'plumber' started work on a tap that just needed a simple washer replaced and surprisingly didn't have any washers with him and left the tap worse than it was before. He said he was going to come back but didn't and still issued the invoice for payment! I could have paid my electricity bill for the month but instead I threw the money away paying the invoice to be done with it.
