I have not had 1 good experience dealing with this company in Seymour. Because we live out of town our parcels sit there sometimes for weeks without any contact until we chase up where our parcel is. If they contacted us we would pick the parcel up but not a word. One time I got a phone call saying there was a parcel there for me to pick up and when I did it had been there for 6 months. I don’t know how this company is still in business. Gave 1 star because I had to customer service is worse than poor.
