Flight Centre Shellharbour

I’ve just came out of flight centre Shellharbour and found the lady wearing the mask that delt with me very rude and no Rappo each question I asked her about my flight change she would reply abruptly.. potentially . And at the end of the conversation she did say schedules do change. I think she could do with a little more training in dealing with the public
