they are not very helpful. the girl -kylie- that answers the phone has a terrible attitude. i had a problem with my oven in my newtrend home , granted my home is 3 years old, all i wanted to know was where the oven came from or some info on where to ring about service, and got no help what so ever in the most revolting attiude. not happy will not deal with them again. i wouldn,t reccomend them either.!
