Shepparton Skin Clinic

I attended this clinic a couple years ago to get the lines in my forehead taken care of but unfortunately for me the doctor was in a hurry to get into another consult room and very hurriedly injected my forehead without his full attention....on the last jab I felt an unusual amount of pain and something cracked....

The doctor then took off to another room and a few minutes later one of the girls came in and I told her it didn't feel right and it was bleeding and had immediately swelled. They sent me home with an ice pack. What appeared was a 5 centimetre diagonal line down the right hand side of my forehead. I waited for the swelling to go down but the line was still very much visible so I went back to see the doctor and he said "oh it looks like the vein has collapsed..."

I asked if this would fix itself and he flat out guessed and said yeah in about 3 months and gave me $20 off....

Two and a half years later the 5cm line is still very present and I have been told by other doctors that no, a collapsed vein will not repair.

Doctors owe their patients their full attention...even when busy!

found both the receptionist very pleasant. Doctor Hook great and the nurse Linda delightful and very friendly.

i am very happy with shepparton skin clinic. My son is getting treatment for acne. Myself is having a few things done.i highly recomend the clinic. We are getting great results of what we are having done. Also the Dr and staff are very helpfull.

The receptionist here is so unhelpful, in the end i just hung up. Terrible, just so rude.

Wouldn't give this place 1 star!
Reception/admin lady is just rude!
Definitely not as described on the internet... very disappointing at the least!
