Greg showed up when he said he would and didn't leave until the faulty fridge was fixed.

He gave us lots of good advice regarding usage and maintenance which if we follow it, will save us money in the future. He was focused on the repair and not just dropping in, getting out, and gimme your money scenario like some others we have used. An excellent tradesman and proponent of customer service/satisfaction. We couldn't fault him.

Highly recommend Greg, he helped fixing my caravan a/c in no time. Then helped fix my mothers a/c in her house. Rang one day fitted me in the next. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Great service is hard to come by!

After contacting several fridge repair places all fully booked out until next week, i then found Greg's number. Phone him just before 9am and explained that our fridge had died this morning amd was he available to come out today as I didn't want to lose all the contents and potentially have to buy a new fridge.

Greg was so accommodating and said he could come out after an appt I had. He came just around 12:10pm and had fixed the fridge repaired by 12:30pm, including vacuuming the space the fridge is housed, the back cover of the fridge and surrounding area. AND the price was only a little over $120! Absolutely fantastic customer service and workmanship, quick response and very very affordable.

Greg was extremely efficient and helpful and was very quick to respond. Would not hesitate to contact if you have concerns with your refrigerator.

What a fantastic service! Personal, fast, honest and local. Was looking at a 5-7day wait to see other technicians. Despite my fridge problem being eventually terminal, Greg was upfront and honest about my best options. Highly recommend this small locals business. Thumbs up!
