Diamonds Catering catered my 100 guest rustic garden wedding with canapes and a spit roast buffet dinner. Their menu is overwhelming, but I was very happy with them customising the selections to suit my taste. They gave fast email responses back. On the day, they were friendly, professional and presentable, reliable, and collaborated well with the bar. They were a little stingy with their portion sizes, a few of us having to ask for a better serve, but in the end everyone was fed well I think. They were attentive of the bridal party and our mothers during the dinner. I would use this company again and would recommend them.
