Steph*** from Dynasty Stone Art did my parents headstones at Rookwood. Headstone tilting noticeably backwards by 5-7 degrees within 3 years causing water and dirt to pond on the tomb surface, wanted cash payment to rectify even though warranty was indefinite on material and workmanship. When my poor parents did not know better about Consumer Law and offered to pay him, this guy increased by a few thousand dollars more after Covid.



For over 2 years they gave my parents the excuses from, "I will take a look and get back to you", "I will need to ship stone from China", "stop calling me etc". I obtained a list of other stone masons to try and resolve this and was recommended to contact another who suggested I raise a complaint against this business with the cemetery as other stone masons would not touch it and apparently Dynasty is well known amongst the industry. I was also threatened unforseen damage may occur if we were to report this.



I would highly avoid this stone mason

Do not go to this place! Poor craftsmanship and customer service is poor!!! We had the worse experience ever dealing with Stephen when we were hand our engraved urn with a ceramic photo of attached. The photo attached was flimpsy and it looked unprofessional. To fix the quality of the work, he had secure more silicon around the photo and the urn. This I do not call art, what kinda of Stone Art business that does this. Avoid going to this place at all costs!
