Every time I try to find out where product is I am told it's been dispatched several weeks before,They can never give you a tracking number and just blame Australia Post. This has happened several times, and you have to wait ages for goods but money is taken straight away. Giving 1 star because there is no star rating

I purchased a magazine subscription from Express Publications. The subscription came with the offer of an incentive item (at an additional cost). Months later this firm advised that the item was not available and attempted to offer a range of inferior substitutes. They have refused to provide a refund. They have ignored approaches from the Office of Fair Trading, which I understand have received many similar complaints. Deal with this firm at your own peril. The One star rating is because a no star rating is not offered.
