First they sent me the wrong product and blamed it on me. My product thad a defect which I returned. Its been a month now and I still do not have my replacement. The sad thing is I was told a week ago it was shipping from the suppliers. What happened this week has to be the most pathetic and inexcusable customer service ever.

Monday - Techbuy asks me for my shipping address to send my replacement.

Tueday - Techbuy asks if I want a refund??? WTF

Wednesday - No correspondence.. I call and I'm told the laptop was shipped Tuesday

Thursday - No correspondence... I call and I'm told it hasn't been shipped, it will be shipped today and they will provide me with the consignment number.

Friday - Email stating my product was shipped back to the supplier.. because the warranty team thought I wanted a refund.. and now my product is out of stock for an estimate of 2 weeks....

I would think twice about buying from this company.. I was dealing with the sales manager.. and he couldn't even communicate within the company to organize a product shipment.. I have sent over 50 emails to this company since buying my product.. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had the option.
