This company never answers phone calls. After installation they had to send away for a spare part. Been waiting since early Nov 2016. After multiple calls they still dont answer or reply to left messages. How they've managed to stay in business since 1974 is beyond me. I do not recommend them.

Stay away from this business. Botched the installation. Refused to fix. Refused to come to property to look at the issues. Would not respond to emails or phone calls. Walked off the job and left us in a mess. Will now have to go to Dept of Fair Trading for resolution. We have never experienced such rude and arrogant behaviour. Customer Service ? Forget it .

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our airconditioning unit was under warranty and so our job was allocated to this provider. All contact from beginning to end had to be initiated by us. Failed to attend organised appointments for 3 days in a row without notifying us. The last day they were completely unreachable. When I finally spoke to them to enquire about their absence they hung up on me without good reason. Our interaction with this company was so disrespectful that I demanded our job be reallocated to another company. I would suggest avoiding this company and giving your business to someone who will value it.
