Aussie Car Recyclers

A friend of mine had a reconditioned turbo fitted in his car and they broke the oil return line when fitting it. Driving home the engine oil ran out and damaged the motor. Very poor workmanship. It is not driveable any more. Needs to be towed and a new engine fitted. They are saying the manager is "not here, not sure when he will be back". Avoiding calls, not even wanting to look at the problem. Stay away.Will Cost 5k now to fix

Aussie car supplied and fitted a transmission for me the car was then taken directly to a mechanic for an electronic tune the transmission was faulty it was flaring badly and would not select 3-4 gears also the transmission lines were left pressing on the front drive shaft making a loud noise. I notified Aussie car recyclers and was snubbed off the reply was check the tuning??!! The mechanic I use is very reputable and also took the car to Holden to have the ecu cleared and standard program reinstalled, this was unsuccessful the mechanic informed me it's highly likely it's an internal transmission failure so I had a reconditioned transmission fitted by a specialist who done a pull down and full report on the transmission Aussie car recyclers supplied and fitted to my car - Please see report. Aussie car recyclers (Kathy) did agree at one point to take my car back once their mechanic was better but all I got was poor excuses and brushed off?! I spoke directly to Glen in protest of the price and problems he told me if there's anything wrong with it they will fix it they The supplier will fix it. Again I got excuses and ultimately they text me stating they will not warranty the work or the transmission??!! The car traveled less than 100 kilometers I have pictures, texts emails and records of phone conversations proof to support. I am now vehemently pursuing this matter with various bodies and legal. They have on their homepage "All of our stock carries a guarantee of 101 days - Full replacement".
I feel lied to ripped off also it has cost me over $1,000 with receipts in an effort to rectify the problem. My daughter her mother and myself survive on a single income we are Aussie battlers in the true sense, I am totally disgusted by the handling of this matter and how gutless it is to rip off decent people.
