Gearbox Shop

I took my Hilux there to get second and fourth gears fixed and a new clutch fitted. When I got it home, I looked under the car and there was one bolt missing and one loose one in the gearbox. I took the car back to them and on the way back the car jumped out of fifth gear three times. (this had not happened previously). Their solution was to put a plastic fitting under the gearstick. Also, I went to drive on the beach and 4wd would not engage. I had to get it fixed as it wasn't fitted properly. (It just rotated as if it was fitted on a swivel). Eventually fifth gear failed and I got it fixed at a REPUTABLE repairer, and it was found that the fifth gear selector sleeve had been put on backwards! I wouldn't take my wheelbarrow to them to get fixed. Sub standard work all the way.

Great service and friendly staff. Recon gearbox n new clutch. Everything great so fair lol .would use them again but shouldn't have too for a while good job guys
