What are the interest rates for vehicle finance at Keema?

Keema Automotive Group has access to some of the best rates on the market. However, the final interest rate depends on factors such as the loan term, type of vehicle being financed, credit history, and other considerations. To get an accurate interest rate, customers need to submit a finance application.

Are there in place any legal and ethical standards for the car dealers to follow?

On the web-site presenting itself as “Carsales | Australia's No.1 Car Website – carsales.com.au”, I found a vehicle for sale advertised by Keema Springwood.

I contacted Keema Springwood via Carsales and received an e-mail signed by Tristan Van Riel, Dealer Principal and Chief Operating Officer of the Keema Automotive Group in Queensland, proudly stating that they are offering top prices for trade-in cars.

Yet, in my case, it appeared to be the opposite.

Mr. Harvey Milkins’ of Keema Springwood trade-n price offered for my car was significantly lower than even the lowest trade-in price for such a car recommended by the Redbook.

In my opinion, this Mr. Milkins’ offer made Tristan Van Riel’s statement not only hypocritical but deceiving and misleading from the perspective of consumer laws.

Are there in place any legal and ethical standards for the car dealers to follow? I think a public inquiry into this question is long overdue.

Absolutely disgusting business

Trust the comments below!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR GET SERVICED FROM THEM!!!!!! You won’t get your problems repaired under warranty and they are very dodgy, wonder if the so called mechanic at the back are even qualified. Cheap car, cheap service, low quality staff.

Horrible service once the deposit was done

Where do I start? Lied to us about car history. Lost our money. Took a month to process trade in so I was still paying for 2 cars despite multiple phone calls and emails.

Sales person was lovely and efficient other than that horrible horrible service.

Do not recommend

Never buy a car from Keema Hyundai Springwood

The service is the worst I have ever experienced. We purchased a 2018 model Hyundai I30 and was advised it had the balance of the 5 year factory warranty and the service was up-to-date when I contacted Hyundai customer support to confirm this I was told this vehicle had not been serviced for 2 years so I feel that I have been deceived by Keema Springwood.I have since managed to speak to the Regional Manager Jason Taylor on two occasions to be advised he would get back to me he obviously believes that he is not required as part of his job to have any manners or service as he does not call you back. There are plenty of Hyundai dealers in Qld l just hope that this review prevents someone else being deceived and cheated like I have been. Under no circumstances deal with Keema Hyundai Springwood

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING COMPANY

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING COMPANY!! I brang my sister down there today to look at a swift, we got there and had noticed the paint was faded and had dinted panels all around the car, in the ad description it said nothing about paint fade or dented panels and the photos they uploaded made the car look brand new. So we left the car yard and my sister sent the company a message saying they should put better photos up or put the damage in the description atleast. The company replied with "Well you don't look like you do on instagram either...". The person who replied with this appauling message is Troy Mcglone by the way. I still can't believe you have a job.

I bought a car from here and I had an issue with the interior door handle and called the customer service line and explained my situation they said I needed to talk to parts first after I spoke to parts they transfered me through to service where I asked for the price to install and then to determine wether I needed to purchase another actuator I asked if the interior and exterior actuator were the same as the exterior door handle still works. The girl asked the service manager if it was the same actuator. His reply was "hes just f***ing trying to trouble shoot the problem himself" Not impressed with your view on customer service keema.

AWFUL service at Keema Springwood. Staff don't want to even know you, let alone help you. Too busy talking among themselves. We wanted to buy a car, but they brushed us off completely. So we went off an bought the exact same car at Browns Plains. Avoid Springwood Keema at all costs, unless you want to feel unwanted!!
