I met Trevor at my holiday property yesterday morning and mentioned that my NBN service at my primary residence 70kms away was slow and drops out. I contacted DSTM Communications to seek help with mobile reception problems in regional Vic. They responded rapidly and diagnosed the issues efficiently. All my questions were answered patiently and they provided a clear summary of options. The work was completed at a very reasonable rate and I am enjoying greatly improved mobile connection. DSTM were also able to sort some unfinished ethernet wiring during the same visit. Excellent service all round!

I recently relocated and after using cable for many years I was finding the connection issues I was experiencing with the NBN very frustrating. I posted a request for support on our local Facebook page. Trevor quickly replied and set up a time to come and assess what the issues are. Trevor’s communication is clear and easy to understand what he needed to do to ensure that the connection issues were resolved. This included hard wiring the connection for solar and a separate office out the back of the house. His work is of high quality and he takes great pride in what he does. He is really customer focused and wants to ensure that his customer is happy. Thank you, Trevor you did an amazing job. I can now work from home as I finally have connection.

Trevor from DSTM was great and he really knows his stuff. He focused clearly on the best solution for all of our telco/internet problems. The DSTM service was clearly explained, practical, efficient and cost effective for the hardware and services provided. Trevor seamlessly moved us across to the mobile broadband network, with approximately a 1000% increase in the speed of our service and onto a much more stable service network. By moving from a line service to the mobile network we're accessing a much more efficient, reliable and stable network which is better maintained than our previous line network services. 5 stars all the way, these guys will get you sorted.
