Spoke to a male staff member in the office regarding the product I was after.
The staff member had no knowledge of the product that I was after no communication skills and my call was a waste of my time.
I travelled 2 hours from Newcastle and went to action Aluminium Smithfield to see if I could get what I was after, I was served by a young man Corey Jones. This young man was very helpful and helped me with my order he served me with ease I could not have asked for better service.
Mr Jones is an asset to Action Aluminium
