Have been waiting on a refund now for over a month, the sales guys keep putting me through to an answer machine

I was looking for a few parts for my ford falcon and when i rang these guys they were really helpful. I was able to get the parts I needed and negotiated a good price. Highly recommended.

I recently used Brookvale Spares to get a part that most other auto-dismantlers seemed to find hard to source. I found the guys a pleasure to deal with, I spoke with Darren who was really helpful from the initial call through to the delivery of my part, will definitely be using them again in the future.

Do not deal with this company.
They send parts to the wrong address and send out the wrong parts then blame you for there fault.
Anyone can buy a car to wreck but not anyone can offer good customer service.
Lucky for me i have now found other companies that offer the best quality parts,for better prices, with a non abusive,non insulting and professional service.
I will never support this company again and i do not recommend anyone else to give them the time of day.
Ebay have plenty of leads on quality parts and cars available for wrecking by companies that actually care about customer service.
Brookvale Spares in Smithfield need to shut there doors permanently.They are a joke!
