Cosmopolitan was recommended by a good friend during our times of need. It was a tough time trying to cope with grief yet needing to make all the arrangements. Antony carefully and patiently helped us make the right arrangements for our family. The whole process from the time we met until the time when we received the ashes back was stress-free and simple. All questions were answered. Nothing too difficult or challenging for Antony to reply and help. Everything went well. Sadly, our family then experienced a second time going through another grief soon after the first grief. Antony and the Cosmopolitan team once again took care of all the arrangements for us, and as like the previous arrangements, it all worked out well and smoothly for our family. Both times, which was only a relatively short period of time in between, all of our considerations, requests and wishes were met with the utmost professionalism and care, during the time when our family was suffering.
