Isabella Kitchens

I recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by Isabella Kitchens. Initially the service provided by the company was excellent with a professional showroom and helpful staff. Unfortunately the installation of the kitchen did not go well. The various tradesmen involved provided inconsistent quality of work. Examples of this are a cupboard shelf being missing (this still has not been supplied), another shelf being installed with a large lump of glue residue on the underside, the electrician not installing requested power points and then attempting to use a recycled power point from the previous kitchen. When the job was finally completed the kitchen was not detailed (excess tubes of sealer, bags of plaster, screws, shelf plugs, etc. left behind). Each time an issue occurred it became harder to make contact with the project manager. I would definitely recommend anyone considering having a kitchen installed by Isabella Kitchens to go elsewhere.
