The lady that is there is a liar and she is very rude, arrogant and abusive. My boss and I had spoken to her over the phone and told her that we needed a complete galvanised axel, discs, leaf springs and complete mechanical coupling kit for a boat trailer and she quoted us a certain price and we even said to her that we are a business that has purchased from them several times prior, she gave us a quote verbally and when I went there a couple of days later I was charged over $100 more than she quoted me for the exact same items, I said to them that my boss and I had contacted them and spoken to a lady there and she said that she was the only lady and that she didn't speak to anyone about the same or similar order and proceeded to shout at me and said that I needed to produce a written quote, but when I said she quoted us verbally she continually denied it. She was extremely rude and abusive, I even told her that she was rude and abusive and it was disgusting the way she treated customers. She cancelled my purchase order.
