Very professional

My family and I have been coming for 30 years! Always had exceptional service from both Dr Owen and the nurses. Everyone is kind and helpful. Dr Owen is extremely professional and always up for a chat!

Will continue coming here for as long as I can.

Beware

Managed to get an appointment on the day (which in hindsight should have been a red flag) Dentist removed the tooth after a struggle. Left the surgery and something felt wrong with the tooth next to the one removed. Once the swelling had gone down I found that the adjacent tooth had been move during the extraction. Had friends and family point out the tooth had moved. Dentist didn't even listen. Said there was nothing wrong and that he could see the wear mark from the tooth so it can't have moved. There's a 2mm gap!! where he says it has been sitting. Doesn't wear gloves, did not wash his hands between patients - walked from one to the other without pausing at a sink. No patients when I first went and none when I went back - that should raise serious questions when all the other dentists in Ballarat were booked out at least two to three days in advance.
