Adelaide Pool Patrol

Had a not so great experience with another pool company so I decided to try adelaide pool patrol as I have heard good things. I could not recommend this company more! Great service and my pool has never looked better. Such an easy and cooperative process, I am extremely happy with my decision to switch businesses!

Extremely bad service, tech came out took our pump to repair. 2 weeks on after numerous occasions trying to talk to someone only to get "we will have to get someone to call you back" and no one ever did. Then told to stay home for a technician to come out, only to never show and no calls had taken day off work. This happened twice with again no one returning my calls. Forced to go into the shop as no response was received with no apologies and only an excuse that we are busy. The staff member put the pump on the ground which was extremely heavy and didn't even help me carry it to my car. No way to treat a female especially after the poor disgusting service I had received. Would never ever recommend this company to anyone! They need to take a hard look at their processes and start treating customers with respect.
