use this service at work, they are terrible! The staff are rude, they NEVER do what they promise. They say they will deliver towels at a certain time, they are ALWAYS hours late, with no explanation. In fact I am writing this now as I am waiting for towels. We ask for them to be dropped off at 11am, I rang them at 2pm to ask where he is as we are closing. I was told he's an hour away and currently in city, and now I'm here at 4:15 pm. UPDATE rang them AGAIN. After waiting for 2 hours after closing time I've been told towels won't be coming today and will be there tomorrow morning at 8:30.... I've been told them before and the above scenario has been repeated and repeated and repeated. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
